Fish Eye Online Services allows you to securely transact with us online, making it quicker and easier to submit Trip Returns and catch data. You will also have greater access to information about your fishery.

To use Fish Eye Online Services you must register with us. Access to confidential information linked to fisheries business licence/certificate holders can only be authorised by the relevant licence/certificate holder(s) through our nomination process.

Secure commercial services for registered users

To ensure access to confidential information is restricted and secure, users must first register for Fish Eye Online Services and be nominated into an online user role by the relevant fisheries business licence/certificate holder(s). It is important that you fully understand these processes and roles. Business licence/certificate holders include Managed Fishery Licence Holders (MFLs), Registered Receiver Certificate Holders (RRCs) and Processor Licence Holders (PROLs). 

Once registered and nominated, you can use any of the secure commercial services listed below:

• Fish Eye Online Services
  - submit Trip Returns
  - manage Master nominations (rock lobster only)
  - view fishery catch information (rock lobster only)
  - view entitlement and trip history
  - renew commercial fishing licences
  - apply for Temporary Transfer of Entitlement 

• Mobile application – CatchER (rock lobster only)
  - submit Trip Returns
