The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development is undertaking consultation on the draft West Coast Rock Lobster Resource Harvest Strategy.

West Coast Rock Lobster Resource Harvest Strategy​

The publication of a harvest strategy for an aquatic resource makes decision making considerations and processes publicly transparent and provides a basis for informed dialogue on management actions with resource users and other stakeholders. Harvest strategies contain specific objectives, performance indicators, reference levels and harvest control rules for the defined ecological assets.
