Shark Bay prawn fishers get a new opportunity

Shark Bay prawn trawlers will get a boost with limited access to grounds that have not been fished for almost a decade.  

Since 2004, no trawling has been allowed below the so called Snapper Trawl Line (STL) in Denham Sound, in order to minimise potential impact on juvenile pink snapper.
