West Coast Demersal Scalefish Resource Draft Harvest Strategy
The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development is seeking comment on the draft West Coast Demersal Scalefish Resource Harvest Strategy 2021-2025, developed by a stakeholder based working group.
A harvest strategy for an aquatic resource makes decision making considerations and processes publicly transparent and provide a basis for informed dialogue on management actions with resource users and other stakeholders. Harvest strategies contain specific objectives, performance indicators, reference levels and harvest control rules for each defined ecological asset.
