Dr Norman Hall has more than 45 years of experience in the fields of fisheries science, fish population biology and fisheries modelling.
He is currently Emeritus Professor at the Centre for Fish, Fisheries and Aquatic Ecosystem Research at Murdoch University.
Dr Hall provides a mentoring role in the development of stock assessments, harvest strategies and recreational surveys, and undertakes research in these areas.
